BYLAWS

The Public Organization "UKRAINIAN STROKE MEDICINE SOCIETY" is a voluntary non-profit community organization founded on the principles of professional belonging that unites representatives of medical and other medical and non-medical professions associated with the prevention and assistance to stroke patients, scientists, political, state and public figures, and other individuals.

The primary goal of the Organization is to unite medical and non-medical professionals in the field of prevention and assistance to stroke patients in order to fulfill and ensure favorable social, economic, and professional conditions, to prepare professional personnel, to participate in ensuring professional assessments, continuous improvement of qualifications, integration of the Ukrainian medical service system into the standards of the European Union, to maintain high professional standards of medical service, to enhance the role and authority of medical professionals nationally and internationally, to protect the rights, freedoms, and lawful interests of the Organization's members, to develop healthcare and ensure a high level of medical services and the health of the nation, as well as to facilitate their informal communication.
